By accessing or using ClawDeploy ("Service"), operated at clawdeploy.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content through deployed bot instances.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse infrastructure resources, or interfere with other users' instances.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ClawDeploy. You retain ownership of any content you deploy through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

ClawDeploy integrates with third-party services including Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and AI model providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for the accuracy, quality, or legality of AI-generated responses produced by your deployed bots.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawDeploy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your deployed instances will be stopped and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
